ARE YOU A DEALER?
Yes, we are both a manufacturer and sell direct. We do stock our base models when the production schedule permits.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
If we do not have the trailer you want in stock, our build time is usually approximately 2-4 weeks depending on our production schedule and require a $1,000 deposit which is applied to your final invoice.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We have factories and locations in Mulberry, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Ashland, VA; Richmond, VA; and with retailers across the eastern United States.
WHERE IS THE DELIVERY AREA?
We deliver to all points across the U.S. as well as Retail Drop locations in Nashville, TN, Richmond, VA, and Ellendale, DE. Delivery charges vary and can be inquired here.
DO YOU SPEAK SPANISH?
We have someone on staff on the site who speaks Spanish.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
We offer financing through Sheffield and Synchrony which are financing plans based on credit, with fixed interest rated or our rent-to-own options of Hometowne Capital & Clicklease, which don't require credit checks. You can learn more about our financing options here.
DOES THE SIZE OF BIGFOOT TRAILERS INCLUDE THE DOVE TAIL?
Yes, our 20ft trailer is 18ft flat plus 2 ft. Dove Tail. Deckover trailers come with a 4′ dovetail.
TAG AND TITLE
We do all Florida tag and title work for you. It is however very important to have the required documents and information with you prior to pick up.
IF YOU ARE TRANSFERRING EXISITING TAGS (Florida Only)
You will need to contact us when placing your order with your Florida tag number.
Bring your Florida Drivers License at pick up
IF YOU ARE GETTING NEW TAGS FOR YOUR TRAILER (Florida Only)
If the trailer will be titled/registered in YOUR name: Your Florida Drivers License.
If the trailer will be titled/registered in BUSINESS name we need your EIN and whomever picks up the trailer must have drivers license.
IF YOU A NON-FLORIDA RESIDENT AND/OR BUSINESS
We can issue you a Temp Tag and will need your driver license.
